By using SwipeMax, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
SwipeMax is an app that helps you clean up your photo library by swiping through photos to keep, delete, or favorite them.
SwipeMax can permanently delete photos and videos from your device. Deleted photos may be recoverable from the “Recently Deleted” folder for up to 30 days. After that, they cannot be restored. SwipeMax is not responsible for any photos you choose to delete. We recommend maintaining regular backups of your photo library.
We collect and handle user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SwipeMax does not collect personal information and does not require account creation. All app data is stored locally on your device.
SwipeMax offers a free tier with 20 swipes per day. Premium unlocks unlimited swipes with a 3-day free trial. Subscription plans: Weekly ($7.99/week) and Yearly ($79.99/year). Prices may vary by region.
All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your App Store account settings. SwipeMax does not handle subscription cancellations or refunds directly, as all transactions are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
SwipeMax is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the app’s availability, accuracy, or reliability. Any reliance you place on the app is at your own risk.
SwipeMax is not liable for any loss of photos, videos, or data resulting from use of the app. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups and for reviewing photos carefully before deletion.
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
